He has been been a disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda for over thirty years and maintains a deep meditation practice. His best selling book, Sacred Healing: Integrating Spirituality with Psychotherapy, discusses the philosophy and methods to awaken consciousness and transform you life: body, mind, emotions, and soul. He has an intuitive gift to quickly know your deepest issues and enhance your ability for introspection and change. He consciousness is awake and directly serves to heighten your spiritual awareness.
